Hallo, everyone! (No, that’s not a typo – we’re practicing our German!)
We’re excited you’re here with us, reading about our “wildly ordinary” adventures in Germany. We plan to share everything from our daily lives to our German classes, from traveling to trying to get our Visas!
If you’re a new friend or reader, here’s a brief synopsis of Erin & Brian:
Most recently, Brian was a senior business analyst for Capital One in Richmond, doing lots of number crunching and smart-people things. Erin also worked in Richmond, in the nonprofit health care industry doing fund development and communications. In late 2012, we decided it was time for an adventure. Don’t get us wrong, we loved our lives in Richmond, but for us, the time was right.
It took us until August 2013 to make the move, and this blog is the story of how we got there and how we plan to stay there!
Happy reading – Tschüss!
I’m so excited to keep up with your adventures in the land of schnitzels(sp?) and beer! Miss you guys!
